About the Author: Ebonie Fleming

Ebonie Fleming is a native of Ohio. Her enthusiasm for writing began at an early age. Fleming was a writer for her high school newspaper and has enjoyed many year of writing poetry to express her thoughts and feelings. She has written short stories for adults and children for slightly over a decade. Fleming focused on journalism and mass communication when studying for her Associate of Arts degree.

Fleming has held the position of student ambassador. She also served as an associate editor and staff writer for a college newspaper. Fleming is an employee of the college as well. She has also been certified as a tutor for the local Public School District. Her educational accomplishments include graduating Cum Laude as well as making the Dean's list.
